SANYANG BUNKILING CENTRAL MOSQUE AREA ELECTRIFICATION EXTENSION PROJECT

This project was cost and invoiced for D130, 000. Gambian Dalasis

for 4 Electric poles. The Bunkiling residents jointly raised D55,000

through personal household contributions.

The Sanyang UK Association (SUKA) donated D50.000 Gambian

Dalasis for this project. 

In addition, a member of the Association name withheld also

sponsored the Electric Meter for the Bunkiling Central Mosque.

Other philanthropist in the Village also donated to make up the rest of

the money following news of SUKA’s donations.

The Bunkiling project has now been completed and many households

along the Expansion line plus the Bunkiling Central Mosque are

currently benefitting from the project.
